Faire ti\u00e9dir l&#8217;eau et y d\u00e9layer la levure. Dans une terrine, m\u00e9langer la farine, le sel, l&#8217;eau et le beurre ramolli. Bien p\u00e9trir pour obtenir une p\u00e2te souple. La rouler en boule et la laisser reposer 1 h sous un linge dans un endroit temp\u00e9r\u00e9.<br \/>\nEmincer les oignons et les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale avec le beurre et l&#8217;huile \u00e0 vive allure.<br \/>\nCouper le lard en lardons tr\u00e8s fins.<br \/>\nD&#8217;autre part m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me, le sel, le poivre et la noix de muscade. Ajouter les oeufs battus.<br \/>\nPr\u00e9lever de petites portions de p\u00e2te. L&#8217;abaisser en rectangle, le plus fin possible. R\u00e9partir la cr\u00e8me sur l&#8217;abaisse, y disposer les oignons et les lardons.<br \/>\nFaire cuire 7 \u00e0 10 minutes au four (280 degr\u00e9s).
